屠鵬飛，男，1963年4月生，浙江黃岩人。北京大學中醫藥現代研究中心主任，北京大學藥學院天然藥物化學系主任，北京大學創新藥物研究院副院長，北京中醫藥大學中藥現代研究中心主任（兼），國家藥典委中藥材專委會主任委員，教授，博士生導師，中國肉蓯蓉之父，國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、國家科技進步獎二等獎獲得者，首屆岐黃學者。 [1]  [7-9]

屠鵬飛人物經歷

1985年畢業於中國藥科大學，獲學士學位；
1988年至1989年在日本富山醫科藥科大學和漢藥研究所學習；
1990年7月在中國藥科大學獲得博士學位；
1990年9月進入北京醫科大學藥學院進行博士後研究；
1992年12月博士後出站後留校工作至今。
1993年被聘為副教授，1997年被聘為教授，1999年被評為博士生導師。
同時任第九屆國家藥典委員會中藥材飲片專業委員會主任委員，國家食品藥品監督管理局藥品審評委員，中國高科技產業化研究會理事，中國中醫藥研究促進會藥品管理與中藥知識產權專業委員會副主任委員，中國藥學會中藥與天然藥物專業委員會委員，北京市生物技術和新醫藥產業促進中心核心專家，國家標準樣品技術委員會天然產物標準樣品專業工作組專家，《中國藥學》（英文版）、《中藥新藥與臨牀藥理》雜誌副主編，《藥學學報》、《中草藥》、《中國中藥雜誌》、《中國天然藥物》、《中國藥科大學學報》、《實驗方劑學》、《中國現代中藥》、《醫藥經濟報》、《中國醫藥工業雜誌》、《中國藥學雜誌》等編委，中國藥科大學、瀋陽藥科大學、北京中醫藥大學、黑龍江中醫藥大學、三峽大學、大連理工大學、內蒙古醫學院、西北大學、中國醫學科學院藥用植物研究所等客座教授。

屠鵬飛職務任免

2023年7月21日，中國醫藥（600056）發佈公告稱，近日，中國醫藥健康產業股份有限公司董事會收到公司獨立董事屠鵬飛先生的書面辭職報告。因工作需要，屠鵬飛先生申請辭去公司獨立董事及董事會專門委員會相關職務，辭職生效後將不再擔任公司任何職務。 [10]

屠鵬飛研究成果

對肉蓯蓉屬、遠志屬、鐵線蓮屬、大風子科藥用植物及中藥黃芪、紅花等40多種中藥和天然藥物及中藥複方“補陽還五湯”等進行了系統的活性成分研究，分離鑑定了1600多個化合物，其中新化合物400多個；發現肉蓯蓉中所含的部分苯乙醇苷類成分具有明顯的抑制神經細胞凋亡、促進神經細胞生長作用，闡明其作用機理，並將其研製成為治療老年痴呆症的二類新藥；遠志皂苷具有明顯的抑制基因轉染的神經細胞Aβ的分泌，並闡明其作用機理；廣西血竭中所含的黃酮類成分具有明顯的抑制血小板聚集、抗血栓等作用，部分黃烷類成分具有明顯的抗真菌作用。對大黃、黃芪、紅花等20多種中藥及黃芪注射液等5種中藥注射劑進行了系統的質量標準包括指紋圖譜檢測標準的研究，建立了有效的質量控制方法。已研製一類新藥1項，五類新藥10多項，在研新藥多項。研究成果獲得國家科技進步獎一等獎、三等獎各1項、教育部自然科學獎一等獎和科技進步獎一等獎各1項、國家中醫藥管理局科技進步獎一等獎2項、中華中醫藥學會李時珍醫藥創新獎1項、湖北省科技進步獎三等獎1項、新疆和田地區科技特等獎1項，並獲得2001年度中國藥學發展獎－地奧藥學科學技術獎（中藥獎）三等獎、2002年度茅以升科技教育獎－北京青年科技獎等榮譽獎。發表科研論文300餘篇，其中SCI收載100多篇，著作9部，申請和授權專利30多項。
