劉洋人物生平

劉洋,浙江常山縣人,同濟大學博士,東南大學博士後。現為浙江師範大學數學與計算機科學學院教授、校特聘教授、博士生導師、浙江師範大學人事處副處長、金華智能製造研究院副院長;南京市教育局副局長、市委教育工委委員(掛職)。入選2019-2021科睿唯安全球高被引科學家、愛思唯爾2020-2021中國高被引學者、IEEE Senior Member、World's Top 2% Scientists 2020、浙江省“三育人”崗位建功先進個人、浙江省優秀教師、浙江師範大學“我心目中的好老師”、浙江省院士結對培養青年英才計劃、浙江省高校領軍人才培養計劃第一層次。獲浙江省傑出青年基金資助,獲上海市優秀博士學位論文獎、Acta Math Scient優秀論文獎、中國科學熱點論文獎。研究興趣為系統控制理論與複分析。近年已經在SIAM J、Automatica、IEEE 會刊、Syst. Control Lett.、Neur. Comp.、Pacific J. Math.、中國科學等國內外期刊發表論文100餘篇,出版專著2部。主持國家自然科學基金4項,省部級教學科研項目7項,省級課程2項。2020年應邀參加第五屆金磚國家青年科學家論壇,並做人工智能分論壇主題報告。
