（北京大學地球與空間科學學院教授）

黃清華，北京大學教授，1990年獲中國科學技術大學學士，1993年獲中國地震局地震研究所碩士，1999年獲日本大阪大學博士。
主要從事地球電磁學研究，主持了基金委創新研究羣體 [6]  、傑出青年科學基金等項目，獲中國地球物理科技創新一等獎及“全國優秀科技工作者”，入選愛思唯爾中國高被引學者榜單 [4]  。兼任教育部地球物理教學指導委員會副主任，中國地震學會副理事長 [5]  ，中國地球物理學會副秘書長，IUGG地震與火山電磁工作組執委，《地球物理學報》副主編，《JGR-Solid Earth》副編輯。 [3]
