陳文 (Wen Chen),上海交通大學長聘教授,博士生導師,IEEE傑出講師,上海交通大學信號處理與系統研究所所長,上海先進通信與數據科學研究院特聘研究員,中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區創業導師,IEEE車載技術學會上海分會主席,上海市電子學會理事兼信號處理專業委員會主任,擔任《IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications》編委,《IEEE Transactions on Communications》編委,和《IEEE Access》編委。
1997年獲“有山紀念研究獎勵賞”,1999年入選“JSPS學者”,2001年入選“PIMS學者”,2006年入選 “教育部新世紀優秀人才計劃”, 2007年入選“浦江人才計劃”,2013年指導的碩士論文入選上海市優秀學位論文獎,獲中國電子學會“先進工作者”稱號和中國電子學會信息論最優論文獎 ,2014年獲中國電子學會信息論最佳報告獎,2015年獲創新亞洲5G大賽獎和IEEE WCSP最優論文獎,2017年指導的博士論文獲中國通信學會優博論文獎(全國僅10篇),2018年入選IEEE VTS全球唯一最傑出分會主席。2019年入選IEEE通信學會傑出講師。
多年來一直從事綠色移動多址接入異構網絡的研究,承擔國家自然科學基金5項,國家973課題2項,國家863項目1項和國家重大專項2項,在IEEE雜誌和會議發表論文200餘篇。 [1]

1986年9月~1990年7月,武漢大學本科生,獲學士學位。
1990年9月~1993年7月,武漢大學碩士生,獲碩士學位。
1993年9月~1995年9月,中國科學院大學博士生,博士退學。
1995年10月~1999年3月,日本電氣通信大學博士生,獲博士學位(受日本政府獎學金資助)。
1999年4月~2001年3月,日本電氣通信大學,日學術振興會特別研究員 [2] 
2001年4月~2001年7月,日本ART系統株式會社,工程師。
2001年9月~2003年8月,加拿大ALBERTA大學信息研究實驗室,博士後研究員兼非常勤講師。
