葛峯個人成就

葛峯學術研究

系統深入的開展了藍細菌中蛋白質的翻譯後修飾組及其功能、脅迫適應的分子機制、蛋白基因組學等方面的研究, 取得了系列重要進展,完成了模式藍細菌的蛋白基因組學研究,建立了全新的適用於原核生物的蛋白基因組註釋和翻譯後修飾規模發現和分析技術;鑑定了模式藍細菌的磷酸蛋白質組和乙酰化蛋白質組;系統揭示了磷酸化和乙酰化修飾在藍細菌光合作用中的新的調控模式;系統、全面揭示了藍細菌高光耐受的蛋白調控網絡,發現了高光適應的關鍵蛋白分子。 在PNAS, Plant Cell, Molecular & Cellular Proteomics, Journal of Proteome Research等國際專業雜誌發表通訊作者論文29 篇,平均影響因子大於5.0,論文被他引345次。 [2] 

葛峯研究領域

從事功能蛋白質組學領域相關的研究工作,以重要水生模式生物為研究對象;發展基於質譜的定量蛋白質組學方法和重要翻譯後修飾的鑑定技術;以水生生物的翻譯後修飾組學和蛋白基因組學為研究核心和特色;開展水生生物的功能蛋白質組學研究;推動水生生物蛋白質組學這一新的研究領域的發展並解決水生生物研究中的一些重大科學問題。 [1]
