烹飪英語

《烹飪英語/全國旅遊高等院校精品課程系列教材》按照高等職業教育專業英語教學的性質與目標要求，以食品原材料為主線，實際工作流程與場景為輔線設計教學內容。每個單元圍繞一個主題展開，由lead-in和四個section組成，涉及聽、説、讀、譯能力的鍛鍊。對話部分均以真實情境為設計基礎，聽力部分涵蓋工作場景和知識背景兩部分內容，閲讀分為精讀和泛讀兩個部分，均為英語基礎較好的同學提供更多的學習素材。菜名和菜譜翻譯，從翻譯原則出發，總結廚房常用功能句，儘量為學生提供儘可能多的實踐交流機會。因此，《烹飪英語/全國旅遊高等院校精品課程系列教材》既可以作為上課使用教材，也可以為需要提高廚房英語水平的職業工作者提供自學素材。 ^[2]
