何寧

1996年獲得山東輕工業學院學士學位，1999年獲得天津科技大學（原天津輕工業學院）碩士學位，2002年8月畢業於江南大學（原無錫輕工大學）生物工程學院工業生物技術教育部國家重點實驗室發酵工程專業，同年到廈門大學工作。

2005－2006年間於德國明斯特大學分子微生物與生物技術研究所做博士後研究。

2011年8月1日起任廈門大學化學化工學院教授。

主要從事發酵工程及環境生物技術領域的教學科研工作。

主講化學工程與工藝本科專業《生物化學》（雙語教學）、微生物學實驗課程以及生物化工與工業催化專業研究生《微生物學》、《生物化學》、《代謝調控》和《生物工程進展》等課程。
