關怡新人物經歷

1989年7月本科畢業於清華大學化工系,
1995年1月研究生畢業於浙江大學化工系,獲工學博士學位。
1995年3月留校在浙江大學化工系任教至今,
1999年8月至2000年7月受包兆龍包玉剛中國留學生獎學金資助英國劍橋大學蛋白質工程中心訪問學者, 2005年12月晉升為教授,
2006年9月批准為博士生導師 [1]

研究興趣
超臨界流體技術在生物醫藥領域的應用
超臨界微粒化過程用於藥物劑型,超臨界浸漬過程負載藥物實現緩控釋給藥,超臨界發泡法制備多孔組織工程支架,天然產物的超臨界提取技術。
● 蛋白質體內外摺疊技術及機理
分子伴侶共表達促進重組蛋白質可溶表達,摺疊酶介導的蛋白質體內外摺疊路徑及其機理,智能型聚合物介導的基因工程蛋白質體外復性過程和新型集成復性技術。
● 甾體藥物的微生物轉化
開發高附加值甾體藥物的生物和化學協同催化合成新工藝,包括微生物羥化、脱氫和甾體側鏈降解等生物催化和轉化過程。 [1]

作為項目負責人承擔國家自然科學基金7項,教育部博士點基金1項,浙江省自然科學基金1項,浙江省科技計劃項目1項,並參與了多項國家自然科學基金重點項目和國際合作項目。研究成果獲教育部科技進步一等獎和浙江省科學技術二等獎。主要成果發表在 BIOTECHNOL BIOENG, BIORESOURCE TECHNOL, APPL MICROBIOL BIOT, BIOCHEM ENG J, CHEM ENG SCI, IND ENG CHEM RES, J SUPERCRIT FLUID, J MEMBRANE SCI, J CHROMATOGR A, INT J PHARMACEUT, ACS SUSTAIN CHEM ENG 等top期刊,共發表SCI收錄論文87篇,出版學術著作1部,授權國家發明專利24項。 [1]
