鄧磊研究領域

長期從事廣譜抗流感疫苗研發工作。利用多學科交叉手段設計並研製口服、注射、滴鼻或皮膚免疫型蛋白亞單位或納米顆粒廣譜抗流感疫苗。主要突破性學術成果是成功研製了微針皮膚免疫肽段納米顆粒廣譜抗流感疫苗、雙層蛋白質納米顆粒廣譜抗流感疫苗和口服腸道菌載體廣譜抗流感疫苗,並深入研究了疫苗保護作用機制和長效免疫應答機制。
未來主要研究興趣為 1,研製新型廣譜抗甲、乙型流感疫苗 2,研製抗血凝素柄部的抗體治療劑 3,研製口服廣譜抗甲型流感疫苗 4,研發個性化治療癌症的多肽納米顆粒疫苗。 [1]
