王華

1982年-1986年，在武漢地質學院煤田地質與勘探專業學習，獲學士學位。

1986年10月-1987年6月：北京語言學院法語部學習法語，獲結業證書。

1987年7月-1987年9月：法國里昂理工學院進修法語。

1987年10月-1988年7月：在法國Dijon大學地球科學學院沉積學專業學習，獲碩士學位（D.E.A）。

1988年8月-1991年11月：在法國Dijon大學地球科學學院地質學專業學習，獲博士學位。

1992年-1993年8月：中國地質大學（武漢）地質工科博士後流動站從事沉積動力學的科研活動。

1993年9月—1997年6月：以科教專家身份執行我國對非洲馬裏共和國提供的“智力援外項目”，在馬裏大學從事教學工作。

1997年7月至今：在中國地質大學（武漢）從事教學、科研和行政管理工作。 ^[2] 

1997年9月至1997年12月任中國地質大學（武漢）資源學院副院長；

1998年1月至2008年11月任中國地質大學（武漢）資源學院院長；

2008年12月至2013年7月任中國地質大學（武漢）人事處處長；

2012年7月至2016年3月任中國地質大學（武漢）黨委常委、副校長； ^[3] 

2016年3月至2016年5月任中國地質大學（武漢）黨委常委、副校長，中共商洛市委常委（掛職兩年）； ^[1] 

2016年5月至2018年3月任中國地質大學（武漢）黨委常委、副校長，中共商洛市委常委、市政府副市長（掛職兩年）。 ^[3] 

2018年3月至今任中國地質大學（武漢）黨委常委、副校長，分管本科教學、實驗設備、遠程與繼續教育、信息化建設等工作，聯繫材料與化學學院、珠寶學院。 ^[3] 

2018年5月兼任校科學技術發展院院長。 ^[3] 

主要從事應用沉積學、層序地層學、盆地分析與煤油氣地質與勘探等領域的研究工作。 ^[2] 

近十年來組織、承擔了國際、國內研究課題30餘項，其中973項目子題1項，國家科技攻關子題合計4項，國家自然科學基金3項，教育部基金項目3項，湖北省傑出青年基金1項、湖北省重點基金1項，國土資源部教師基金1項、國家油氣專項大型子題2項和大型橫向協作課題2項。 ^[2]

碩士研究生：應用層序地層學、沉積盆地分析及其在能源勘探中的應用

博士研究生：現代勘查理論與技術前沿（盆地分析部分）、科學方法論（能源勘查為例） ^[2] 

1999年被評為湖北省高校優秀共產黨員；

1999年湖北省高校跨世紀中青年學術帶頭人；

2001年遴選為湖北省有突出貢獻的中青年專家；

2002年入選湖北省新世紀高層次人才工程（第二層次）；

2003年獲湖北省傑出青年基金資助。

2008年獲得湖北省教學團隊負責人；

2008年獲得國家級教學團隊負責人；

2009年獲中國地質大學（武漢）第四屆教學名師稱號；

2012年被湖北省委組織部評為湖北省高級專家。 ^[3] 

十多年來，共獲省級技術創新特等獎一項、省科技進步一等獎2項、省自然科學二等獎2項、湖北省人民政府社會科學優秀成果三等獎一項。

2005年獲湖北省教學優秀研究成果二等獎3項；

2009年獲中南地區大學出版社優秀教材一等獎；

2016年獲中國石油和化學工業優秀出版物獎·教材二等獎獎；
