王江雨

王江雨,本科畢業於中國政法大學,碩士畢業於北京大學 [6]  1999年赴英美留學,先後獲得美國賓夕法尼亞大學法學碩士(LLM)、英國牛津大學法理學碩士(M.Juris)和美國賓夕法尼亞大學法律科學博士(SJD)學位。1997至1999年在中國銀行總行法律部工作,參與多起重大訴訟及金融業務談判,並於1999年作為中國代表參加聯合國國際貿易法委員會有關公約制定的談判。
現任香港城市大學法學院教授、中國法與比較法研究中心主任,牛津大學出版社出版的《中國比較法學刊》(The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law)的共同主編,西安交通大學絲綢之路國際法與比較法研究所研究人員。 [7] 
兼任International Trade Centre (UNCTAD/WTO) 、聯合國亞太經社理事會的特邀專家,亞洲國際金融法研究所研究員,中國法學會世界貿易組織法研究會常務理事,西安交通大學法學院教授 [5]  等。 [2] 
在加入香港城市大學前,他長期任職於新加坡國立大學法學院,並於2009年獲終身教職。在新加坡國立大學任職期間,他曾任亞洲法律學院主任,亞洲法律研究中心創始副主任,劍橋大學出版社出版的《亞洲比較法雜誌》 (Asian Journal of Comparative Law) 的共同主編(2012-2016)和執行主編(2016-2019)。2006年至2009年期間,他被借調至香港中文大學任法學院副教授和研究型碩士博士項目主管,主講國際貿易法與中國公司法、證券法等課程。 [1]
