王冰研究方向

本人長期從事硅基集成光源和集成光子學研究,目前有以下主要研究方向:
  1. 三五族半導體的異質外延及其與硅光子和CMOS的混合集成;
  2. 硅基光源材料與器件,包括但不限於:硅基異質外延生長三五族半導體,摻鉺發光材料與器件等。 [1]
