美國紐約州立大學布法羅分校(State University of New York at Buffalo)博士後;

張琪研究領域

在基礎研究領域着重於各類新藥的臨牀前與臨牀的藥物動力學、藥效學篩選、藥理學機制靶點、藥效-藥動學模型研究,以及骨質疏鬆症、高脂血症等重大疾病的代謝組學研究。尤其是代謝組學方法學及其應用的研究成果處於國內外前列。 [1]

近年來承擔國家自然科學基金面上項目5項(主持3項,聯合單位負責人2項);國際合作項目2項(美國紐約州立大學、美國FDA-馬里蘭大學);國家973預研項目1項;省基金1項(抗骨質疏鬆一類新藥的臨牀前研究);省臨牀醫學專項1項(骨質疏鬆生物標記物研究);參與國家973、省部科研項目8項。申請專利8項(2項授權)。發表學術文章約80篇(46篇被SCI收錄);參與編寫英文論著1部,中文著作、化工辭典各1部。
主持建立了“南京工業大學藥動藥效研究與評價中心”,中心擁有藥物分析、藥效評價、分子生物學、細胞培養、動物實驗等技術平台,按照國家食品藥品監督管理局頒佈的“藥物臨牀試驗生物樣本分析實驗室管理指南”的要求進行建設、管理和運行。有資質從事新藥藥學、臨牀前藥物動力學、藥理學以及臨牀藥物動力學(生物等效性實驗)檢測部分的研究與新藥報批工作。 [1]
