張強

1978年畢業於蘭州大學數學力學系計算數學專業；1987年畢業於北京大

學概率統計系，獲理學碩士學位；1999年畢業於西南交通大學交通運輸學院，獲工學博士學位；2000年中國科學院應用數學研究所運籌室高級訪問學者；2001年北方交通大學交通運輸規劃與管理博士後流動站出站；2002年香港城市大學管理科學系高級研究員；2005年美國伊利諾伊理工大學訪問學者。現任北京理工大學管理與經濟學院管理科學與工程系主任，教授，博士生導師，北京運籌學會常務理事及秘書長，中國運籌學會理事，中國運籌學會決策科學分會常務理事。

主要從事管理決策、對策論（博弈論）、模糊集理論與應用、非可加測度論、運籌學、物流與供應鏈管理、智能算法、城市交通網絡平衡分析等教學和研究工作。

在國內外學術刊物和會議上發表論文200餘篇，有10篇被SCI收錄，30篇被EI收錄。先後主持和參加10項科研項目，其中有4項國家自然科學基金項目，有2項科研項目獲省級獎。
