單文華學習經歷

1987年以株洲地區文科狀元的成績考入中山大學，1991年畢業，獲法學學士學位。
1993年畢業於暨南大學經濟學院企業管理專業，獲經濟學碩士學位。
1996年畢業於廈門大學法律系國際經濟法專業，獲法學博士學位。
1999年9月在英國劍橋大學攻讀國際法專業博士學位，2004年3月獲劍橋大學法學博士學位 [1]  。

單文華行政工作成就

到2023年，西安交通大學法學院已經形成在國際國內具有相當知名度的研究方陣，學院建設取得了長足發展，先後兩次被國際權威學術認證機構QS授予“五星級法學院”國際認證。回首來時路，單文華和法學院腳踏實地，留下了眾多標誌性的足跡：2012年，法學學科獲批兩個國家級高水平卓越法律人才教育培養基地——“應用型、複合型法律職業人才教育培養基地”和“涉外法律人才教育培養基地”；2013年，法學院院長單文華攜手牛津大學出版社與國際比較法科學院創辦全英文《中國比較法學刊》（現已入選新興資源引文索引期刊）；2015年，法學院首倡並聯合五大洲20家一流大學法學院發起成立了“絲綢之路法學院聯盟”；2016年，法學院率先開設面向海上絲路的“中澳絲路班”（中國本科+澳洲法學博士學位）和麪向陸上絲綢之路的“中國與國際商法”全英文碩士學位班，並開始招生，被認為是法學院在國際化辦學之路上的重要里程碑；2019年，法學專業入選國家一流專業；2020年，法學院進入QS“全球法學排名”全球前300位，中國前14位；2022年，“一帶一路”與國際法治研究院首批入選中央多部委聯合批准的國家級涉外法治研究培育基地；2023年，獲批全國首家國際法學一級學科博士點，我國第一套專門的涉外法治人才培養體系已然成型…… [27]
