研究方向包括:手性藥物分析、藥物代謝 [1]  、手性藥物立體選擇性代謝及手性轉化研究、代謝組學 [1]  、脂質組學 [1]  、生物樣品前處理-色譜質譜聯用系統的研發等 [2]

講授本科生課程《藥物分析》、《生物醫藥與健康》,研究生課程《體內藥物分析》、《藥物分析方法》、《藥物色譜質譜分析原理》等 [1] 
主持國家自然科學基金面上項目一項,國家自然科學基金青年基金項目一項,廣東省自然科學基金一項,廣州市珠江科技新星項目一項,中央高校面上項目一項,中央高校博士啓動項目一項,並指導本科生SRP項目及創新基金項目。參與國家973計劃項目、國家自然科學基金項目以及省市項目多項 [1] 
以第一作者和通訊作者發表SCI論文15篇,發明專利2項。擔任Journal of Chromatography A, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, Journal of Separation Science, Phytochemical Analysis等多個期刊的審稿人,並擔任Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis的青年編委。 [2]
