麥肯錫獎

麥肯錫獎（McKinsey Award），由麥肯錫管理研究基金會（McKinsey Foundation for Management Research）與《哈佛商業評論》（Harvard Business Review）雜誌合作從1959年設立。 該獎項授予兩篇發表在《哈佛商業評論》上的最好文章的作者（一等獎二等獎各一篇）。每年由編輯們選出一個由公司總裁、學者、政府或社會機構領導人組成的獨立的專門小組，決定獎落誰家。文章對現有知識的貢獻，輕鬆應對傳統思想的能力，分析深度、合理的邏輯和清晰的風格都在評選中發揮重要作用。然而最終，最為關鍵的還是文章對於經理人的實際工作、對於他們面臨的問題是否相關。簡單説，文章內容是否會引起人們的思考和行動。

得過該獎的作者包括一些大家非常熟悉的管理大師，如彼得·德魯克（Peter F. Drucker），邁克爾·波特（Michael E.Porter），查爾斯·漢迪（Charles Handy），C.K.普拉哈拉德（C.K.Prahalad）等著名教授學者。
