承擔本科生《細胞生物學》、研究生《高級細胞生物學》及相關課程的教學與建設任務。 [1] 

陳坤明研究方向

1. 植物細胞逆境分子生理與調控:進行小麥、水稻等主要農作物抗旱、抗鹽及抗高低温等環境脅迫的分子生理調控機制的研究以及特異農藝性狀基因的定位與克隆。以ROS信號途徑及其關鍵調節因子NOX酶基因的表達、克隆與分子操縱等為切入點,採用一系列T-DNA插入突變體,利用細胞組織定位、Microarrays、雙向電泳、遺傳轉化等技術與方法,進行不同逆境條件下作物耐逆性、關鍵基因克隆、逆境信號及功能研究;同時,採用圖位克隆、遺傳轉化等手段進行水稻卷葉、大稈、矮稈、多分櫱等特異農藝性狀控制基因的精細定位與克隆研究。
2. 光合作用與生物能源:進行產氫光合微藻、光合細菌等微生物的分離和篩選與鑑定,創建光合產氫生物反應器;同時進行作物光合高效機制、能源作物培育以及秸稈能源轉化等方面的基礎與應用化研究。 [1]
