2015年1月至今就職於西北農林科技大學食品科學與工程學院。^[1]

（1）食品組分與物性；（2）蛋品營養及綠色加工。^[1]

以第一作者在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《Food Chemistry》等SCI期刊發表論文8篇，累計影響因子30。主持國家自然科學基金（青年項目）與中國博士後面上項目（一等資助）。2015年10月榮獲中國畜產品加工研究會頒發的“第二屆中國蛋品加工業傑出青年”榮譽稱號。^[1]
