楊定喬個人經歷

2010,07-2010,12,美國紐約城市大學(City University of New York)做研究,訪問教授。
2005,10-2006,04,美國阿肯色州大學(University of Akansas)從事藥物研究半年。訪問教授。
2002,02-2003,03.加拿大多倫多大學(University of Toronto)化學系從事不對稱催化有機合成研究工作一年,訪問教授.
1991年,1993年,1996年,曾三次應邀赴美國新澤西州立大學講學並從事科研達二年以上。訪問學者.
1985年-1988年.延邊大學化學系,有機合成專業研究生。 [1] 

楊定喬研究方向

不對稱催化有機合成和雜環藥物合成。
(1) 不對稱催化有機合成 採用銠,銥和鉑與雙膦配體組成的絡合物作為手性催化劑,進行氧(氮)雜苯並降冰片烯與親核試劑的不對稱開環反應的研究,獲得較高的立體化學選擇性及對映選擇性,得到對映體過量值為95-99% ee的好結果。因此這項研究對於尋找新的手性催化劑和開發新的手性藥物,豐富過渡金屬不對稱催化立體化學將具有重大科學意義。
(2) 雜環藥物合成 很多喹啉衍生物具有殺菌、抗菌、抗高血壓、抗抑鬱、抗過敏、抗瘧疾、抗腫瘤和抗癌等生物活性和藥理活性。通過改變喹啉環上的取代基來修飾結構,探索新的喹啉類化合物合成方法及新的藥物合成。 [1]
