李默，2004年在清華大學計算機係獲學士學位；後在香港科技大學計算機科學與工程系獲博士學位。 [3] 
2011-2016，南洋理工大學助理教授。 [1]

李默主要榮譽

2020年因對無線和網絡傳感系統的開發方面的貢獻入選IEEE會士（Fellow）。 [1]  [3] 
2019年獲ACM傑出會員（Distinguished Member）。 [1] 
2017年獲Nanyang Research Award。 [1] 
2011年獲中華人民共和國國務院頒發國家自然科學二等獎Second Class State Natural Science Award conferred by the State Council of the People's Republic of China。 [1]
