1994年於哈爾濱工業大學(原哈爾濱建築大學)工程力學獲博士學位;
1994-1996於中國地震局工程力學研究所從事博士後研究;

李惠論著成果

主持研究或完成1項國家傑出青年科學基金、1項國家自然科學基金重點項目(子題)、2項面上項目,2項國家863計劃探索項目,1項教育部跨世紀優秀人才計劃和1項省傑出青年基金、1項交通部西部建設科技計劃等多項省部級項目。獲省部級科技進步一等獎1項、二等獎2項(排名1、2)、三等獎2項、國家專利7項;出版專著2部,在國內外期刊發表論文150篇,其中10篇SCI,30篇EI,25篇ISTP,3篇國際會議大會報告;應邀在美國加州理工學院、南加州大學、加州Irvine分校和休斯頓大學等國際知名大學講學;在多個國際會議上擔任重要職務。
在結構振動控制領域,對結構主動與半主動控制系統、試驗、算法、設計方法和工程應用進行了系統研究。1997年率先將被動耗能減振技術應用於建築結構抗震加固中;2000年以來,系統發展了地震損傷自監測與自控制形狀記憶合金智能土木工程結構;2003年與歐進萍院士合作,在國內外首次建立了結構振動控制系統統一設計方法;2004年牽頭和合作完成了世界上第二個磁流變液智能阻尼減振系統的工程應用,是國際土木工程領域發現並揭示負剛度控制現象的三人之一。
結構健康監測領域,發展了基於SMA和碳纖維的損傷自感知與自修復兩種智能土木工程結構;研究了橋樑結構健康監測系統設計方法與實現技術;牽頭和合作完成了世界上第一座大量使用光纖傳感器的大跨橋樑結構健康監測系統的設計與實施;建立了大跨斜拉橋健康監測系統的第一代和第二代Benchmark模型;本項目的有關成果已經在國家游泳中心(2008奧運會)、山東濱州黃河公路大橋、山東東營黃河公路大橋、哈爾濱松花江斜拉橋等大型結構上得到應用。
在智能與高性能混凝土及結構方向,在國內外首先提出並系統研究了納米機敏混凝土及其多功能特性(壓敏特性及其機理、力學性能及其機理,耐久性及其機理);發展了機敏混凝土傳感器,並將其應用於大型橋樑結構健康監測中。建立了約束高強混凝土統一本構關係;提出了以鋼管混凝土疊合柱為核心的新型高強混凝土組合結構,系統研究了該類新型組合結構的抗震性能,建立了相應的抗震設計方法,上述成果已經在20餘棟高層建築上得到應用,並編制了高強混凝土疊合柱設計規程,出版了《高強混凝土及其組合結構》。
