李大偉研究方向

主要從事分子植物病毒學的基礎理論及應用基礎研究。近年來以大麥條紋花葉病毒 (Barley stripe mosaic virus,BSMV) 為研究重點, (1) 分析BSMV編碼蛋白之間的相互作用、表達調控及其在病毒複製、移動和致病性中的作用; (2)BSMV編碼蛋白的翻譯後修飾及其功能分析;(3)BSMV與寄主植物的相互作用的分子機制, 包括關鍵致病因子及其氨基酸的鑑定、病毒蛋白-寄主蛋白互作的生物學功能分析等。 [1]
