2004年碩士研究生畢業於西北農林科技大學，同年留校任教。

2012年博士研究生畢業於西北農林科技大學

2009年12月至2011年7月在美國威斯康辛大學訪學。 ^[1]

承擔本科生《園藝植物育種學》、《蔬菜育種學》、《蔬菜種子學》、《學科導論》、《科研基本方法》、《園藝植物生物技術》、《園田操作技能訓練》等課程的教學任務。 ^[1] 

2015-2017，辣椒廣譜主效抗疫病QTL精細定位。國家自然科學基金青年基金項目，主持人。

2012-2014，高產優質抗病辣椒新品種選育。陝西省農業科技攻關，主持人。
