2012-：基於競拍方法的院外病人調度。主持系統規劃，系統方案，系統設計，組織並指導學生完成系統實現。本項目得到加拿大自然科學基金的資助。
2013：評估加優化分配=成功管理。本項目得到加拿大自然科學基金的資助。
2012-2013：動態項目調度軟件包。本項目得到加拿大自然科學基金的資助。
2002.7—2012: 基於角色的合作平台。主持系統規劃，系統方案，系統設計，組織並指導學生完成系統實現。本項目得到加拿大尼普森大學研究基金和IBM Eclipse創新基金、加拿大自然科學基金、安大略聯合商業化創新基金、加拿大國防研發中心（多倫多）的資助。
1999.9--2002.7: 羣組決策合作平台, 作為碩士導師，主持了系統設計，組織並指導10餘名碩士研究生，完成了系統的實現。本項目部分得到美國國家自然科學基金的資助。
1997.9--1999.9: 擔任國家重點工程 “北斗一號”信息處理分系統副總設計師, 負責總體技術方案的設計和實施。兼任主任設計師, 負責接口子系統的設計與實現。1999年底通過應用單位的全面審核和驗收。“本分系統是‘北斗一號’雙星定位系統的重要組成部分”。
1994年7月--1997年7月：承擔國家863-511主題資助的“CIMS中OO軟件工程及支持環境研究”課題(課題負責人), 1997年7月通過國家863-511主題專家組全面審核和驗收。
1994年4月--1996年2月: 研究開發國家863-306主題資助重點課題“分佈式Client/Server計算機系統”, 作為六個主要設計師之一, 參加總體方案的設計, 負責子課題多媒體合著及會議系統的研製，“本系統標誌着中國已經能夠自行研製具有自主版權的符合國際標準的軟件平台”。
1993年--1994年：研究開發國家863項目“多媒體技術與CSCW技術”,1994年底主持完成“智能多媒體信息管理系統”,本系統被集成於中國95-96年最新平台軟件光盤。
1991年4月--1993年4月: 主持國家自然科學基金支持面向對象風格體系結構課題的研究, 1993年4月通過自然科學基金委員會的全面審核和驗收。
1988年4月--1993年2月: 研究開發國家863重點項目銀河智能工具機系統YH-ITM,作為五個主要設計師之一,參加總體方案的設計, 負責指令高速緩衝部件的設計, 整個工程實施的技術協調,和語言的設計與實現, “本系統標誌着中國已經成為世界上少數可以自行研製智能計算機的國家之一”。
1987年2月--1990年3月: 研究開發國家863項目“面向對象的集成化軟件開發環境GWOOSE”，作為三個主要設計師之一, 參加總體方案的設計, 負責設計並實現了核心部分Smalltalk虛擬機。“本系統是中國第一個自行研製的面向對象系統”。
1994-1996年: 完成“計算機科學與技術一級學科建設模式”教學成果，作為四個主要成果完成人之一，參於計算機學院教學計劃，教學大綱的制訂和實施。全面主持教研室的教學與組織工作。
