I.低維半導體材料、光物理與光譜學;
II.微型半導體激光器件與物理;
張青科研成果
圍繞着固態半導體微納激光器件,發展高時空分辨光譜技術,探索低維半導體及貴金屬材料的光學特性,開發低功耗微型激光器件。近年來在Nature Photon.(1篇)、Nature Commun.(3篇)、Phys. Rev. Lett.(1篇)、Adv. Mater.(6篇)、Nano Lett.(10篇)、ACS Nano(12篇)、Adv. Funct. Mater. (1篇)、Small(5篇)、Adv. Opt. Mater. (5篇)、 ACS Photon. (2篇)、J. Phys. Chem. Lett.(2篇)等學術期刊發表SCI論文75篇(影響因子>9論文35篇),其中第一/通訊作者33篇,ESI高被引論文6篇,綜述文章7篇,並參與撰寫英文專著2本,Web of Science統計論文引用共計1974次,H因子為24,單篇引用>100次論文7篇,單篇引用>50次論文15篇。
