張輝

（中國科學院海洋研究所研究員）

張輝 [1]  ，男，中共黨員，博士 [2]  ，研究員，博士生導師 [1]  。中國科學院海洋生態與環境科學重點實驗室副主任，海洋觀測網絡管理中心副主任，長江口海洋生態系統研究站站長。入選山東省泰山學者青年專家、中國科學院青年創新促進會會員 [1]  。
本科畢業於中國海洋大學，曾在東京大學留學（國家公派留學生）和工作（客座副教授）。長期從事海洋漁業資源和海洋生態學研究。圍繞氣候變化下漁業資源的演變等重要科學問題開展了持續性和原創性研究。作為負責人，主持國家重點研發計劃項目、國家自然科學基金各類項目、中國科學院等國家級和省部級競爭性科研和人才項目12項；獲海洋科學技術獎一等獎、國家級優秀海洋圖書獎等 [1]  。
在Nature Reviews Earth & Environment、Scientific Data、Diversity and Distribution、Science of the Total Environment等期刊發表學術論文72篇（至2023年7月），其中第一/通訊作者SCI論文50篇（JCR一區論文30篇）；出版專著1部（著），電子專著1部（編著）；授權專利2項，申請專利1項；參與制定國家標準和水產行業標準11項 [1]  。
擔任Frontiers in Marine Science副主編、Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution副主編以及多種國內外知名學術期刊審稿人；擔任中國自然資源學會海洋資源專業委員會秘書長、國際海洋科學考察理事會（ICES）SPF工作組委員、北太平洋海洋科學組織（PICES）WG43工作組委員、中國SCOR青年委員、中國水產學會漁業資源與環境分會委員等多個國內外學術兼職 [1]  。
