張軍,男,教授,博士,江西省青年井岡學者,江西省百千萬人才工程入選者。現為贛南師範大學碩士生導師,中科院華南植物園博士研究生導師,國家臍橙工程技術研究中心博士後科研工作站合作導師。主持完成國家自然科學基金、江西省科技廳及教育廳等省廳級項目多項。現主要從事天然源活性物質開發利用研究。
本課題組招生園藝學方向碩士研究生,招生天然產物化學博士研究生(與中國科學院華南植物園聯合培養)。招聘具有天然產物化學、農產品加工、園藝資源綜合開發利用等研究背景的博士後。同時,課題組也歡迎優秀本科生加入,開展創新創業教育實踐。 [1]

1、 柑橘資源綜合開發利用研究:主要開展a)贛南臍橙品質分析、橙汁加工關鍵技術研究; b)贛南臍橙皮渣、落果等臍橙資源的活性物質開發利用研究; c)贛南臍橙貯藏保鮮研究;d)南康甜柚、井岡蜜柚、馬家柚、南豐蜜桔等江西特色柑橘的加工貯藏及資源高值化開發利用研究。
2、天然活性分子的發掘利用研究:綜合運用微生物發酵工程、現代分離分析及化學生物學先進技術,從中草藥、特色植物及微生物次級代謝產物中發掘天然活性分子,評價其在藥品、食品及日化產品中的應用潛能,開發天然藥物、天然源農藥以及天然功能保健食品。 [1]
