張立新

從2009年10月起任南開大學物理學院教授、博士生導師。曾在美國倫斯勒理工學院(RPI) 和可再生能源國家實驗室(NREL) 從事多年博士後研究。

張立新教授的研究組致力於應用高性能並行計算設備與先進的材料學計算方法，通過深入理解各種不同功能材料豐富的表面與界面特性，進行新材料設計以及解決材料生長過程中可能遇到的各種複雜的技術問題（如活性劑的選擇使用，表面調製方法，各種擴展缺陷的生長控制，以及界面調控處理技術等等）。
