張秀娟研究領域
1.有機半導體光電材料與新型納米器件:有機半導體微納單晶材料的生長、可控組裝,及其在場效應晶體管器件(FET),發光二極管,光電探測器,氣體傳感器等半導體光電子器件的應用開發,並探索其規模集成的方法與應用。
2.有機/無機雜化半導體發光器件:有機/無機雜化量子點的研製及其在新型發光顯示器件(LED)中的應用。
張秀娟主要成果
本課題組圍繞新型有機微納單晶材料的可控制備與光電器件應用探索展開系統研究,在有機微納單晶材料的可控制備、有序陣列與圖案化組裝及其光電器件的應用探索研究等方面取得一系列創新性研究成果。目前已在國際雜誌發表SCI論文230餘篇,包括Nat. Electron.、Nat. Commun、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater等國際重要期刊,論文SCI他引超5000次,論文分別被Nature Materials、Nature Photonics、Material Views等期刊與網站作為亮點專題報道。申請發明專利30項,已授權15項。
