張禮卿

現任中央財經大學金融學院教授、院學術委員會主任、國際金融研究中心主任。畢業於中國人民大學經濟學院，獲經濟學博士。享受國務院政府特殊津貼，入選“新世紀百千萬人才工程（國家級）”、教育部“新世紀人才支持計劃”、財政部“跨世紀學科帶頭人”。曾在荷蘭蒂爾堡大學、世界銀行學院、美國國際經濟研究所、哥倫比亞大學地球研究院、澳大利亞國立大學做高級訪問學者。

兼任中國世界經濟學會副會長、中國國際金融學會常務理事及副秘書長、中國國際經濟關係學會常務理事、中國金融學會理事、中國財經教育分會金融專業協作組主任委員、亞太經濟與金融論壇主席、亞洲經濟專家會議（Asian Economic Panel, New York/Tokyo/Seoul）成員、中國證監會第12屆發審會委員、中國人民銀行貨幣政策委員會專家諮詢組成員、劉鴻儒金融教育基金會學術委員、中國人民銀行研究生部學位委員。

研究領域為國際金融和宏觀經濟。曾主持國家自然科學基金項目、國家社會科學基金項目、教育部人文社科項目等課題，研究內容涉及新興市場經濟體的資本賬户開放、金融自由化、全球經濟失衡、國際貨幣體系改革、經濟全球化、匯率制度和貨幣國際化等。在《經濟研究》、《世界經濟》、《金融研究》和《國際金融研究》等學術刊物發表論文80餘篇，出版學術著作10餘本（包括主編和合著）。

近年來，作為亞洲經濟專家會議(AEP)成員、亞歐經濟論壇（AEEF）成員、德國開發研究院(GDI)中國地區協調人等，曾赴美國、英國、德國、意大利、挪威、日本、韓國、泰國、越南、印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、新加坡、澳大利亞、巴西、香港和台灣等國家和地區參加國際學術會議或進行公開演講。

1984年畢業於中國人民大學經濟學系（世界經濟專業），獲經濟學學士學位；

1987年畢業於中國人民銀行研究生部（國際金融專業），獲經濟學碩士學位；

2003年畢業於中國人民大學經濟學院（世界經濟專業），獲經濟學博士學位；

1996年在荷蘭蒂爾堡大學(Tilburg University)進修經濟學和國際金融。

1987年，在中央財經大學任教。先後擔任助教（1987-90）、講師（1990-94）、副教授（1994-99）和教授（1999）職務。

1995年2-5月，在世界銀行經濟發展學院（Economic Development Institute at World Bank, Washington D.C.）做訪問學者。

2004年9月-2005年5月，在美國皮特森國際經濟研究所(Petersons Institute for International Economics, Washington D.C.) 做高級訪問研究員。

2005年5月-9月，在美國哥倫比亞大學環球研究院(Earth Institute at Columbia University，New York) 做高級訪問研究員。

2009年2月，在澳大利亞國立大學太平洋和亞洲研究院（Research School of Pacific and Asia）講學。
