周志欽

周志欽 西南大學教授博士博士生導師中國科學院植物研究所博士後、荷蘭瓦赫寧根農業大學訪問學者。
《Journal of Integrated Agriculture》、《Horticultural Plant Journal》 編委, 《Journal of Agricultureand Food Chemistry》、《Plant Foods for Human Nutrition》和《Plos one》等雜誌審稿人。國家自然科學基金、科技部、教育部等國內各種科研項目通訊評審專家。自1985年開始,先後從事柑橘、蘋果、牡丹等園藝作物資源,馬鈴薯休眠的分子生物學研究。先後主持國內外各類科研項目近30項,在國內外發表科學論文100餘篇,其中SCI論文30餘篇。曾獲1999年教育部科學技術進步二等獎1項(第七完成人), 2008年重慶市自然科學三等獎1項(第二完成人),2010年重慶市自然科學三等獎1項(第一完成人),2012年重慶市自然科學二等獎1項(第一完成人)。從2007年開始,主要從事果品營養學研究,2011年在國內首次正式論述“果品營養學”的概念。 2012年編著並出版該領域第一部專著《柑橘果品營養學》。果品營養學是集現代果樹學、食品學和醫學的理論和方法為一體的一門新興交叉學科,主要利用現代分子生物學和組學技術研究果實生物活性物質的代謝及其遺傳和環境調控,果品生物活性物質對人體營養和健康的作用以及科學、安全利用等問題。它的發展對我國豐富的野生果樹種質資源的利用、果樹產業鏈的拓展和人體的“健康安全”等各方面都具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 [1]

周志欽人物經歷

分別於1986年、1989年、2001年在西南農業大學獲得學士、碩士和博士學位。2002年4月 - 2007年6月在中國科學院植物研究洪德元院士指導下開展博士後研究。 1998年9月 - 1999年8月荷蘭瓦赫寧根農業大學訪問學者。2005年9月被聘為中國農業科學院傑出人才二級學科帶頭人(任職柑桔研究所)。 [1] 

周志欽專兼職務

西南大學園藝園林學院院長。國務院學位委員會第七屆園藝學科組成員(2014-),國家農業部農產品質量安全專家組(2011-2016)成員,教育部高等學校植物生產類專業教學指導委員會委員(2013-2017),中國農業科學院傑出人才計劃二級(柑橘)學科帶頭人(2006-2014),全國農業推廣碩士專業學位教育指導委員會成員。重慶市園藝學會副理事長(2009 – 2013),重慶市植物學會副理事長(2008 -)、風景園林學會副理事長(2009 -),中國園藝學會熱帶南亞熱帶果樹分會理事,重慶市科學技術協會第三屆委員會委員,西南大學科學技術協會第一屆委員會委員。園藝園林學院院長(2006-2016)。 [1]
