“The Way You Make Me Feel”在“Bad”巡演後期、1992年6月27日到7月15日的“Dangerous”巡演早期和1996年9月7日至1997年6月15日的“HIStory”巡演第一輪上都得以了表演。在“Bad”巡演中，它有時是被現場演唱，而在“Dangerous”和“HIStory”巡演上，Michael都以對口型的方式作表演。舞台上通常會有一個短裙模特女郎來回走動，而Michael則像在音樂錄影裏表演的那樣，緊隨不捨。這個場景一直是歌迷的最愛之一。
