英籍華裔Stevie Hoang於1985年6月9日出生於英國伯明翰，一歲時便與父母一起移居到倫敦，現居英國倫敦東部，身兼作曲/歌手/製作人三職。他11歲即跟從父母學習鋼琴，自幼就展露出眾的音樂天賦。他在大學一直主修音樂，為以後的音樂之路打上堅實基礎。之後一直為英國的一線歌手寫歌，才華逐漸被人們所賞識。 　Stevie Hoang祖籍中國，會説廣東話。他的音樂細膩温婉，柔美動聽，亞裔血統的背景讓他的音樂擁有東方人特有的細膩，而自幼西化的成長環境，也讓他的R&B更加國際化。在日本被稱為“R&B界の口コミ王子”，所謂“口コミ”就是“街談巷議，口頭流傳，有口碑的”的意思，因為他最初的身份是獨立音樂製作人，發佈歌曲都是通過My Space和Youtube，可以解釋為中國所説的“網絡歌手”。 　目前Stevie Hoang仍然以獨立歌手的身份發片，專輯裏裏外外均由他一手包辦，由於其出眾的才華，無比養耳的音樂，還有俊朗的外表，讓這位不算新人的新人擁有了大批死忠粉絲。
