陳琨,男, 博士中山大學電子與信息工程學院副教授、百人計劃、廣東省傑青。2013年在香港中文大學獲得電子工程學博士學位,隨後成為香港中文大學電子工程學系博士後。2017年3月加入中山大學電子與信息工程學院、廣東省顯示材料重點實驗室。主要從事新型二維半導體材料生長與相關微納電子、光電子器件研究。包括二維柔性電子器件、可穿戴電子與類神經網絡器件、紅外及太赫茲波段光電探測器等。
