陳收

1984年6月畢業於湖南大學計算機及應用專業，獲得工學學士學位；

1986年12月畢業於湖南大學管理工程專業，獲得工學碩士學位；

1992年，評為副教授；

1992-2000年，歷任湖南大學國際商學院副院長、黨總支書記、院長；

1994年在職攻讀湖南大學管理科學與工程博士學位，1998年獲得工學博士學位；

1996年，評為教授；

1998年，評為博士生導師。負責管理科學與工程博士點建設；

2000-2004年，任湖南大學工商管理學院院長；

2000年，組織申報並獲准國際貿易學博士學位授予權；

2001年，組織申報並獲准建設管理科學與工程博士後科研流動站；

2002-2004年，兼任湖南大學研究生院副院長

2003年，組織申報並獲准企業管理博士學位授予權。

2004年-2005年，任湖南大學校長助理；

2005年起任湖南大學副校長。

2015年1月30日因涉嫌違規辦理研究生轉學事件，被行政記過處分。

2017年8月，教育部免去其湖南大學副校長職務。 ^[1]

長期從事教學、科研和管理工作，主持承擔或完成國家自然科學基金、社會科學基金資助項目5項，部省項目5項；發表研究論文100餘篇，出版專著、教材4部。先後獲得部省科技進步獎一等獎、二等獎、三等獎各1項，省社科優秀成果二等獎、三等獎各1項，省優秀教學成果一等獎、二等獎各1項。現階段主要承擔的項目有國家自然科學基金重點項目(71031004)；國家自然科學基金創新研究羣體項目（71221001）；教育部創新研究羣體項目(IRT0916)；湖南省創新羣體項目(09JJT02)等。 ^[1]

2015年1月30日，教育部派出專項督查組，對湖南大學違規辦理研究生轉學問題進行了認真核查。經查，湖南大學在為17名研究生辦理轉學手續過程中，違反《普通高等學校學生管理規定》，未依法依規履行職責，存在失職瀆職問題。湖南大學決定給予陳收行政記過處分。 ^[1]
