陳山人物經歷

國家食糖產品質量監督檢驗中心學術帶頭人,廣西重大科技攻關工程項目跟蹤管理專家。1991年獲學士學位(食品工程)後分配到廣西政府機關工作。2000年和2003年分獲碩士學位(應用化學)和博士學位(製糖工程)。2003年作為 “高層次技術人才”由華南理工大學引進糖業研究中心從事教學科研工作。2005年至2006年參加由中組部、科技部、教育部和中科院聯合舉辦的“西部之光”培養計劃,在中科院生物物理研究所開展天然抗氧化劑與自由基醫學的基礎研究。在生物大分子物質的提純方面有多年的研究積累,2002年提出“電超濾溶析結晶法”(EUSOC)新技術並獲第四屆全國膜與膜過程學術報告會一等獎,該發明已成功用於藥用右旋糖酐和大豆肽的分離純化。 [3]
