趙文明

2001年獲得西安工業大學（原西安工業學院）學士學位。

2008年獲得北京航空航天大學工程碩士學位。

2001至2004年，在北京華大基因研究中心從事生物信息工作。

2004至2008年，在軟腦軟件（北京）有限公司從事軟件開發工作。

2008年至今，在中國科學院北京基因組研究所從事基因組及生物信息學研究工作。

在工作期間，先後主持和參與中科院信息化工作的相關科研項目、自然科學基金的面上項目及國際重大合作項目等多個項目，申請計算機軟件著作權2項。

2023年7月— 北京基因組研究所（國家生物信息中心）副所長（試用期一年）。 ^[3] 

2024年4月— 國家生物信息中心副主任（試用期至2024年7月）。 ^[4]
