1986 年獲美國Texas A&M 大學物理系理學碩士學位
1991 年獲美國Texas A&M 大學電機工程系哲學博士學位 (Ph.D.)

袁睿翕工作履歷

1991 至 2004 年在美國科技工業界從事研究、開發和管理工作。主要成果有:設計和開發無線寬帶 ATM 系統 (日本電氣公司(NEC)美國實驗室),設計中高軌道衞星系統的包交換 (packet switching) 系統架構 (BBN 技術公司),設計並管理首個基於 IPsec 及數字簽名認證的 VPN 網絡服務 (GTE Internetworking)。
2004 年10 月在清華大學自動化系任教授。
