中藥成分分析與代謝

1.採用HPLC及LC/MS等分析技術，實現中藥化學成分的微量快速分析，建立中藥質量標準。

2.中藥及其複方的多成分代謝及藥代動力學研究。

3.天然產物的質譜裂解途徑研究。

天然產物的生物轉化

1.利用微生物及植物細胞酶體系的催化作用，發現結構新穎的天然產物衍生物。

2.重要類型天然產物的構效關係研究。
