胡雨來，教授，博士生導師， 1989年獲中國科學院蘭州化學物理研究所碩士學位，1998年獲中國科院蘭州化學物理研究博士學位，2000年6月到2001年6月英國Liverpool 大學博士後， 2001年6月到2004年11月英國Southampton大學化學系博士後。甘肅省“333人才工程”第一、二層次人選，甘肅省科技領軍人才。承擔及參與國家自然科學基金資助項目6項，教育部高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金資助項目1項，教育部留學回國人員科研啓動基金資助項目1項，人事部留學回國人員擇優重點資助項目1項。申請發明專利6件。在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. Chem. Commun. Org. Lett. J. Org. Chem. Organometallics Tetrahedron等國內外學術期刊發表學術論文80餘篇。 [1]

1 ．螺環縮酮的合成及其在抗癌及抗艾滋病天然產物 spongistatin 、選 spirastrellolide 、 Integramycin 全合成中的應用；
2 ．抗癌天然產物 annonaceous acetogenins 及其衍生物的全合成。 [1]

1、不對稱合成：主要開展新型手性配體的設計與合成，探索新的不對稱反應，並將其用於手性藥物的合成。
2、有機氟化學：主要開展有機氟化新方法的研究，不對稱氟化及三氟甲基化反應研究。
3、有機合成方法學：探索新型的有機反應，特別是金屬有機試劑參與的新反應，過渡金屬催化劑催化下的反應。
4、藥物合成新工藝研究：主要探索手性藥物及氟化藥物合成中的新反應，新工藝。 [1]
