肖春霞

2011年畢業於南京工業大學，獲材料學工學博士學位。

2011年7月在西北農林科技大學食品科學與工程學院任講師。 ^[1] 

主要從事天然食品因子的營養功能性評價及分子機制；納微米粉體懸浮液流變性和穩定性研究；脂溶性營養物質的傳遞等。 ^[1]
