盡人事，聽天命

“盡人事以聽天命”與“謀事在人、成事在天”基本同為一理。

盡人事-可以理解為，盡一切人力所能為

聽天命-為此事能不能成功就要看上天了，這裏的上天是指，天時地利，萬事存在太多的變化和未知，沒有人能把控一切（規律），而人只能儘自己能力做好，自己力所能及的事。

謀事在人，此處謀有雙重意思，一是指謀略或是方案，二是動詞，行動或是處理事物、成事在天-事物時刻在變化，時間空間人心無不時刻在發生變化，而這些時刻都在影響着事情的成功與否。 ^[1]
