楊曉峯，博士，研究員，中國科學院遙感與數字地球研究所。主要從事海洋遙感機理與方法、海氣相互作用過程、定量遙感業務化應用技術研究，承擔過多項國家重大專項、863計劃、中科院、部委科研項目，在海洋表面微波散射特性、海氣邊界層動力過程模擬、海洋環境參量定量反演等方面取得多項成果；獲軍隊科技進步一等獎1項；近5年，發表學術論文30餘篇；是IEEE TGARS、IEEE GRSL、IEEE JSTARS、Journal of Oceanography、Oceanologia、National Weather Digest、Frontiers of Earth Science等SCI期刊審稿專家，國際電氣與電子工程師協會（IEEE）會員，上海海洋大學國際海洋研究中心客座教授。 [1]
