課題組將以有機合成化學為核心，發展在高分子、無機、有機方向上的交叉學科研究。

課題組近期開展的研究方向包括：

發展新型實用的均相和異相催化劑；

發展製備新型高分子功能材料的新方法；

利用高通量合成和分析方法快速構建和優化有機和高分子功能材料。

現招收研究助理、博士後及專職科研系列人員，應聘者應具有合成經驗，專業不限。 ^[1]
