李建，理學博士。

主要從事研究包括：

1. 多源、長時序數據環境遙感定量監測應用

2. 傳感器輻射特性與時序穩定性評價，及對環境定量遙感應用的影響校正

3. 多源遙感數據輻射一致性分析與校正

4. 針對環境定量遙感應用的傳感器輻射、時間、空間分辨率需求分析
