非傳統同位素地球化學的方法開發，基礎理論，和地質應用

(1)新同位素工具的開發：K穩定同位素，Sn穩定同位素

(2)金屬同位素分餾係數的實驗標定

(3)重要化學反應的同位素稀釋劑反應動力學研究

(4)Mg，Cu，Fe同位素對成礦作用以及重大地質事件的示蹤 ^[1] 

地球科學與工程學院李偉強教授團隊通過研究發現，氘氣在碰撞反應池質譜儀的應用，顯著降低了Ca對K同位素分析的影響，大大提高分析的精準度和穩定性。這一方法既有比肩高分辨質譜方法的穩健性，又有碰撞反應池（氫氣模式）的靈敏度，是對K同位素分析方法的重大改進和優化。基於該方法，李偉強教授團隊對嫦娥五號返回樣品進行了超低樣品消耗的K同位素分析，獲得了高精度K同位素數據，這是國際首次揭示了月球玄武岩存在顯著的顯微尺度K同位素不均一性，為未來K同位素在月球岩漿活動研究的應用打開了新的窗口。 ^[2]
