1987年9月—1990年6月，就讀於中國科學院大氣物理研究所，畢業後獲得碩士學位。
1990年9月—1993年1月，任中國科學院大氣物理研究所助理研究員。
1993年2月—1995年3月，在美國威斯康星大學空間科學和工程中心做訪問學者。

（4）發展了極軌業務衞星上先進大氣業務探測器（ATOVS）大氣產品處理軟件包（IAPP）和地球觀測衞星上中分別率成像儀（MODIS）業務大氣温濕度產品算法軟件，其中IAPP已在世界上多個國家和地區的衞星地面接收站應用。
