生物大分子複合物（如膜蛋白、病毒關鍵蛋白）的結構和功能。運用低温冷凍電鏡、病毒學等技術方法，研究生物大分子複合物（如呼吸鏈複合物、新冠病毒S蛋白）的結構和功能，從而闡釋它們發揮生理功能的分子機制
