有色金屬工業人才中心是中國有色金屬工業協會常務理事單位，是國家機關人才交流機構分會副會長兼秘書長單位和北京人才交流協會副會長單位。有色金屬工業人才中心是由中央機構編制委員會批准成立的事業單位。 [1]  前身是原中國有色金屬工業總公司人才研究與開發交流中心。曾先後隸屬於中國有色金屬總公司，國家有色金屬工業局，現隸屬於國務院國有資產監督管理委員會，由中國有色金屬工業協會代管。 [2]

有色金屬行業職業技能鑑定指導中心
有色金屬行業職業技能鑑定指導中心是勞動和社會保障部批准成立的正式機構，負責行業特有工種職業技能鑑定工作,與有色金屬工業人才中心合署辦公。 [2] 
中國職工教育和職業培訓協會
中國職工教育和職業培訓協會有色金屬分會是人社部所屬機構，負責統籌協調行業職工培訓工作，現有156家會員單位，秘書處設在有色金屬工業人才中心。
全國有色金屬職業教育教學指導委員會
全國有色金屬職業教育教學指導委員會是教育部所屬機構，負責統籌行業職業教育工作，秘書處設在有色金屬工業人才中心。
有色金屬工業人才中心還是國家外專局、人社部專業技術人員管理司、軍官轉業安置司、國家質檢總局特種設備安全監察局、國家安全生產監督管理總局四司、國家環保總局宣傳教育司、工信部原材料工業司、國土資源部礦產開發管理司、商務部產業調查局、科技部高新技術發展及產業化司、全國總工會機冶建材工會、團中央企業工作部、國家知識產權局、國家民委教育科技司等部委局辦涉及有色金屬行業人事、人才、教育工作的定向聯絡協調單位。

有色金屬工業人才中心英文介紹

China Nonferrous Metal Industry Human Resource Center (CNMIHR) is an institution approved by China Central Organization Committee. Its predecessor is the talent exchange center of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Research and Development Corporation. It has affiliated with China Nonferrous Metals Corporation and State Bureau of Nonferrous Metal Industry. It is the part of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), hosted by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association now.
The CNMIHR is composed by the three parts below.
Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center of China Nonferrous Metal Industry
Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center of China Nonferrous Metal Industry is an office agency approced by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the People's Republic of China. Its main responsibility is vocational skills appraisal for special type of work in production.
National Nonferrous Metal Vocational Education and Teaching Guidance Committee
National Nonferrous Metal Vocational Education and Teaching Guidance Committee
belongs to the Ministry of Education. It is responsible for coordinating vocational education in the industry. The secretarist is set in CNMIHR.
Staff Education and Vocational Training Association of China
China Nonferrous Metal Industry Branch of Staff Education and Vocational Training Association is affliate with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It is responsible for coordinating staff training in the industry. The secretarist is set in CNMIHR.
Meanwhile,CNMIHR has business with many ministries and commissions, such as State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Professional and Technical Personnel Management department of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
